Cmd obtains information about your company from third-party sources, such as Salesforce, in order to enrich the data we already have about you. This enables us to provide a better experience to our customers. Examples of the data that can be obtained through these services—or purchased through third parties, your business, or the business you represent—may include:
Cmd uses third parties such as an email service provider (SendGrid) to send out emails on our behalf, and a cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform) to host our products and services. When you sign up for our products and/or services, we will share your personal information (only as necessary) so that these third party providers can offer their services.
Cmd will send our newsletter, requested materials, and updates to you via email. If you wish to unsubscribe or halt delivery of these email messages, you may follow the unsubscribe link in each email that you are sent. On rare occasions, we may need to send you notices of services outages or upgrade events that may impact the service of your Cmd account. Since emails of this nature are non-promotional in nature, there is no way to unsubscribe other than deactivating your Cmd account.

Cmd uses cookie technology, local storage, automation tools, web analytics, tags, and scripts to ensure that we can track trends around overall website usage and users’ movements around our websites to gain information about our user base we can then leverage to improve the user experience of our websites and products. We use a default configuration for logging of web request events that includes information such as IP address, user agent, browser type, and resolution alongside timestamps for requests and events that interact with our web servers. These log events are automatically combined with additional information we have on file related to our user base as this allows us to improve our services, deliver better customer website experiences, and to protect our products and services against fraud and abuse.
Cmd collects information under the direction of its customers and therefore has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on behalf of its customers
If you are a customer of an organization that utilizes Cmd and would no longer wish to be contacted by the organization for any reason, please contact the organization you interact with directly.
Cmd acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information and as such, an individual that wishes to seek access, delete, amend or correct this data should contact the Cmd customer they interact with directly.
