Since emails of this nature are non-promotional in nature, there is no way to unsubscribe other than deactivating your Cmd account.
Cmd reserves the right to disclose your personal information as required or mandated by law and when we believe such disclosure protects our rights, your safety, the safety of others, and/or when we are required to respond to a government or legal request served against our business or website. We receive reports based on the usage of these tools on an individual and aggregate basis.
The security of your personal information is incredibly important to us. When you log into our service or use a form within our website to enter sensitive information (such as an email address or name), we encrypt the transmission of this sensitive information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
